Greenware is a line of premium cold drink cups and lids - “Grown” and made in the USA. NatureWorks™ Poly Lactic Acid (PLA), is a resin derived entirely from natural corn materials. PLA is 100% renewable through annual corn harvests and fully compostable in
municipal and industrial facilities.

Greenware is the sustainable cup alternative, delivering positive economic, social and environmental advantages. These benefits lead to reduced fossil fuel usage, cutting edge disposal options and decreased landfill contamination.

NatureWorks LLC produces NatureWorks™ PLA by isolating the starch stored in the corn kernels and converting it into sugars. Greenware will begin to break down at 150º F and 90% humidity (ideal composting conditions). In approximately 50 days within those conditions, the cups will be completely gone.

Greenware cups have met stringent, scientifically based specifications and have been certified 100% compostable by the Biodegradable Plastics Institute
