Ingeo™ is special because it is made from corn grown by our farmers. It is processed in the only facility in the world capable of producing this polymer, right here in the U.S.A.
Ingeo is Made from 100% Corn, an annually renewable resource. Corn to Starch to Dextrose to Lactide to PLA to Ingeo Fillment which is then extruded from the PLA - The filament is cut into various lengths to create Ingeo Fiber - the Fiber is then spin into yarn.
