Our degradable plastic breaks down safely into water, carbon dioxide and a small amount of inert residues.
• Superior to biodegradable, which requires the plastic to be in a biologically active environment (buried in the ground for example) before the degradation process will begin.
• Degradation will happen even if the bag is left in the open air!
• Conforms to international standard ASTM D6954-04 for Plastics that Degrade in the Environment by a Combination of Oxidation and Biodegradation.

These bags will...

become brittle and quickly disintegrate into tiny flakes
start to degrade after approximately one year, depending on any combination of light, heat, stress and air
not create methane in landfills
address landfill issues as well as the litter problem

Degradation occurs whether the plastic us placed in a landfill, caught in the branches of a tree or fence, or even if it's under water.

PLEASE SPECIFY 1-SIDE OR 2-SIDE PRINTING WHEN ORDERING
Printing: Prices include one-color printing on both sides of bag (plates are required for 2nd side printing).
For additional colors, add the following:
3,000 bags . . . . . add $0.09 each per additional color up to 3
5,000 bags . . . . . add $0.05 each per additional color up to 3
7,500 bags . . . . . add $0.04 each per additional color up to 3
10,000 bags . . . . add $0.03 each per additional color up to 3
For 5- or 6-color spot printing, process printing or 100% ink coverage,
contact factory for quotation. Ask for Stock ink color list.

Loop Handle Colors: Available in white or black. White will be provided if color is not specified.

Plate Charges: Custom designs require one printing plate per color per side.
Plates are required for all 2nd side printing, even when repeating the 1st side design.
Plate charges are $2.00 per square inch with a minimum charge of $35.00 per plate.
Artwork: Submitted artwork should be production ready, at the desired imprint size.
Digital artwork is preferred.
Colored Plastic: Available with 10,000 bag minimum.
